We stand behind our products and our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from shop.BNWORKS.com, you may fill out the return form below and return products purchased off of our online shop.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • Please contact customer service before filling out the return form.

  • All returned items must be in original condition and return shipments must include the order number, customer name, email address, and reason for returning.

  • Returns for refund can only be created for products that were purchased from shop.BNWORKS.com within the last 7 days.

  • The refund will only be for the purchase price of the product (initial shipping charges will not be refunded).

  • We are not responsible for return for refund shipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • Once the RMA has been received, please allow for 1 week of processing time and once the amount is credited, allow 72 banking hours for the refund to be reflected with your banking institution. The refund will be processed through your original payment method.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Please contact customer service before filling out the return form.

  • All returned items must be in original condition and return shipments must include the order number, customer name, email address, and reason for returning.

  • Returns for refund can only be created for products that were purchased from shop.BNWORKS.com within the last 30 days.

  • The refund will only be for the purchase price of the product (initial shipping charges will not be refunded).

  • We are not responsible for return for refund shipping charges. The customer will have to pay to ship the product back to us using the shipping method of their choice and following the instructions given in the email that is sent to them. We recommend a method that includes a tracking number.
