ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide, standard (non-trackable) and express (trackable) shipping from Taiwan. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Orders above $100 will ship for free via international standard and orders above $150 will ship for free via TNT epress. Please note that for high value orders above $150 TNT express will be used automatically.
Duties and taxes may be due upon delivery. We do not handle these taxes. Your local customs agency will handle that and charge you the correct amount in accordance with your local laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand these taxes when ordering and under no circumstances will BN WORKS be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office.

In what currency will I be charged?
We accept payments in USD. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal.
Please check the current exchange rate to be sure of the final purchase cost if your Paypal account or the selected payment method linked to your PayPal account is in a different currency than US Dollars. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are uncertain. We are not responsible or accountable for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship via the Registered Post or TNT Express, depending on your selection at checkout. Generally, standard international shipping via the Registered Post takes 7-21 business days, and orders shipped via TNT take 5-7 days to arrive. Delays at customs may extend delivery time beyond this estimate.
Where's my package?
You can find the tracking number in your order history on our website. For all trackable shipped packages, we also send the tracking number in an email. Yet for orders shipped via the Registered Post to destinations in the U.S., Canada, or Australia, online tracking remains unavailable due to the policies of these countries. If you’d like to learn the whereabouts of your order, you can contact the carrier.

Why is there no standard shipping option for my order if I don’t mind waiting longer?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the entire order. In some weight ranges, the (faster) TNT Express costs less than the (slower) standard shipping - if so, the standard shipping option will not be available to be selected in such a situation.
What's your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Custom-made orders including any item that is engraved are strictly non-refundable.
We are not able to provide complimentary return shipping due to the complexity of shipping internationally. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through BN WORKS. These funds may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly.
ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first having received written permission from BN WORKS.
PREPARE AND SHIP YOUR RETURN
To return your product, you should contact email@example.com for return instructions. Once you have received our writtem permission, pack your return securely with the original packaging, and please include the original packing slip. Use the courier service of your choice to return your item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Note that for refunds, we deduct the original shipment cost, and 15% order value charge to cover the cost of restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the PayPal account used for the original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received your refund for more than 2 weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description, and/or pictures of the damaged or incorrect item received. We will make sure you are taken care of.
What if I refuse delivery?
If you refuse a shipment from BN WORSK or leave it unclaimed, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, the cost of returning the package to BN WORKS, and 15% order value charge to cover the cost of restocking. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Note that if the shipment is returned over the time limit to perform a refund on the platform, i.e. after 60 days of purchase, the transaction fees will then be deducted from your merchandise refund as well.
What is your warranty policy?
BN WORKS ("Ospir Creative Co., Ltd.") offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of your BN WORKS pen from this site or an authorized dealer. If you claim that a product violates such warranty, BN WORKS, upon notice, will issue shipping instructions to you for return to BN WORKS at your expense.
This limited warranty shall not apply to any product not manufactured by BN WORKS or any BN WORKS's product or component thereof which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized persons or to any product or component thereof that has been subject to alteration or customization, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear arising from use of the product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty. The Stylus tips of the Twiist 2-in-1 Pen are consumable items which are expected to wear over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, and will be replaced under this limited warranty only if found defective.
Except as provided herein, and to the extent permitted by law, BN WORKS makes no other warranties, express or implied, and BN WORKS specifically excludes warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. BN WORKS's liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the writing instrument and BN WORKS shall not be responsible under this warranty for any damages and/or incidental or consequential damages, whether or not foreseeable. Some products may be out of production or may be unable to be repaired. In that circumstance, BN WORKS reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable value and style.
